We take a strategic approach towards eCommerce websites, leaving you with a unique and beautiful website that tells your brand story and leads visitors along your customer journey - resulting in a high-converting website. And yes, you'll get an entire day focused on just YOUR business!

Here's what's included:
- Initial Zoom call to meet and learn about your business.

- A full pre-work packet, with instructions and details to make our day together as effective as possible.

- 8 hours of time spent working on your website on your VIP Day. We will be in touch over the day via Zoom calls + messaging.

- Loom walk-through video emailed to you after your VIP Day, that reviews the backend, order management, and how to add products.

- 30 Days of email support after your VIP Day, because we all know that questions come up!

Important Notes:

- Because our VIP Days are highly personalized, we don't offer a cookie-cutter set of deliverables. This will directly depend on how much pre-work we've received back & how responsive you are throughout the day. Generally, if we have branding, imagery, and copy ahead of time, we can customize the theme, add collections, navigation, info pages, a sample product, and a few apps, as needed - so that you leave with a beautiful website, ready to go!

- Customized website banners using our unique Canva templates are included.

- Custom coding, extensive website setups (marketplace, wholesale), and uploading product catalogs are not included.

- Any fees charged by Shopify are separate. We recommend purchasing a premium theme through the Shopify theme store, these range from $180-$310 one-time and will give us a much greater range and flexibility with your website design. We can work together to select the perfect theme for your brand.

- All sales are final. Invoices must be paid in full prior to your VIP Day. If you need to reschedule, please give us at at least 48 hours advance notice.
